ELVIS is not only ALIVE, he is a MINISTER!

October has brought some rain, FINALLY, and Southern Oregon is gradually returning to a much greener pasture. The fall leaves are providing a magnificent array of colors and the a.m. fog has a magical way of elongating the moisture filled mornings.

LAS VEGAS :: Monica and I returned to OG on Monday, October 12th from a 10-day, Las Vegas trip celebrating two weddings (one of which is pictured above) while also visiting with family and friends. This last trip also marked the longest amount of time I had been away from Sin City and simultaneously made me realize that my future excursions must be reduced to 3-4 day stints respectively. I am, however, looking forward to the KOR record release in 2010 and frequenting Vegas to spread the good word.

OG NEWS :: We are currently finishing an outside deck around the Pastoria's abode, preparing for Ben & Melissa's arrival in a week (our 10th and 11th residents) and also taking the first steps towards the remodeling of our "crib" for the Spring arrival of OG's youngest addition. Needless to say, there is always something to do around here – no idle hands.

BABY NEWS :: Monica is now 4 1/2 months pregnant and we may know the sex after next week's ultrasound. All signs point to a girl, but we'll be satisfied with a healthy baby regardless of the sex! The names we have picked out so far.... Girl name: Marley Skye - Boy Name: Lennon Raine.
